Shall the Board of Education of the East Bloomfield Central School District levy and collect a tax, pursuant to Education Law § 259, in the sum of $333,642 (which is an increase of $7,065 from the tax levy currently in effect for the Bloomfield Public Library) for the continuing support and maintenance of the free library services offered to District residents by the Bloomfield Public Library?
